Vital Trend Health provides a digital platform for ordering blood tests and understanding your results. We facilitate blood test orders through accredited pathology partners; you attend a pathology collection centre to provide your sample, and we provide AI-powered analysis of your biomarkers and personalised health insights.
Our platform is designed to help you understand your health data, but it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

User Accounts and Responsibilities
You can purchase our blood test panels as a guest — you do not need an account to buy. Creating an account is optional and lets you view and track your results. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using them, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Purchases and Payments
Our blood test panels are available as one-time purchases. By placing an order, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider.
All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Data Accuracy and Limitations
While we strive to provide accurate analysis and insights, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through our platform. Results may vary based on individual circumstances and laboratory testing methods.
You acknowledge that our AI-powered analysis tools are designed to assist in understanding health data but may not detect all potential health issues or provide comprehensive medical assessments.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are owned by Vital Trend Health and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with other users, or transmitting malicious code.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Trend Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
