Your health information — your blood test results and biomarkers — is generated by our accredited pathology provider when you attend a collection centre, and returned to us so we can display it to you. If you choose to create an account to view your results, we also store your login details.
We also automatically collect limited technical information about your device and how you use our platform, such as IP address, browser type, and usage patterns.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services — including placing your test order with our pathology provider and displaying your results. We use AI-powered tools to help translate your biomarkers into clear, easy-to-understand guidance.
Your information also helps us communicate with you about your order and results, respond to your requests, and send important service updates. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our platform and the insights we provide.
