For Sansara members

The Baseline.

The internal counterpart
to how you already live.

Scroll

The work on the outside is already in motion.

Movement, breath, recovery, nourishment — measured, refined, returned to as a rhythm.

This is the conversation with what's underneath.

Why this exists

A gap between how you feel
and what your data actually says.

The external signals are familiar — the shape of a sleep curve, a recovery score, a resting heart rate that settles a little lower with the work. These are the surfaces the body shows us every day.

The internal signals are quieter. Hormonal balance. Metabolic rhythm. Inflammation. Iron. Vitamin D. The chemistry that either supports the surface — or quietly tells a different story underneath.

The panel

Forty-one markers,
read with intention.

A panel shaped for the way Sansara members live — covering the fundamentals of full blood count, metabolic and cardiovascular health, organ function, inflammation, and the longevity markers that matter most across decades. Processed by Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology. Returned to a single mobile dashboard, written in plain English.

A result is
a starting point.

Your Baseline is designed to inform a conversation,
not end one.

The dashboard reads each marker in plain English, with an assistant on hand for the questions that follow. From there, the conversation continues at Sansara — through the way you move, bathe, train, rest, nourish.

For deeper conversations, Sansara holds a curated network of trusted practitioners — doctors, dieticians and clinicians chosen for the way they work with members. For anything clinical, your GP remains the right call.

Frequently asked

Good to know.

01
Is a GP referral needed?
No. Australian pathology regulations allow private blood testing without referral. The test order arrives directly by SMS.
02
Where is the test taken?
At any Douglass Hanly Moir collection centre across NSW. Several sit within walking distance of Double Bay. The visit is brief.
03
How long until results return?
Most return within 24 hours. The dashboard updates as each marker is processed.
04
How often should the panel be retaken?
Quarterly. The first reading is a baseline. The second establishes a trend. From the third onward, the results begin to tell a personal story — how training, recovery, nourishment and the rhythms of life shape the internal landscape over time.
05
Is the data private?
Results are yours alone. Sansara never sees individual data. Pathology is processed by Douglass Hanly Moir (part of Sonic Healthcare) under Australian privacy legislation. The dashboard is protected to the same standard as personal banking.
06
Hormone Upgrade — does the cycle matter for timing?
For the cleanest read on oestradiol and progesterone, day 2–5 of the cycle is recommended. The pathology team can guide timing at booking. Hormonal contraception or an irregular cycle does not preclude useful results — they are simply read in context.
07
What happens if a marker is out of range?
The dashboard flags markers outside typical range and explains what they may indicate. The in-app assistant is available for context — what a marker means, why it might be moving, what tends to shift it. For anything significant, a GP remains the right call. VTH is built to inform, not to diagnose.
